Saline County District Court: State v Brandon St. Clair: 17 CR 597; Successfully litigated for and won the right of Mr. St. Clair to have a second trial after he was convicted in the first one based upon his Public Defender’s Incompetence.
State v. Farley: Sedgwick County District Court: 23 Minute Acquittal on Felony charges after Jury Trial.
